Happy Tuesday everyone! Late post but it seems like this season got me juggling all types of balls and at times it feels like I cannot keep up. If I am slow to respond these days please charge it to my head and not heart. I’m learning that we not only have to strive to take care of ourselves physically, the mental is just as important. You can’t pour from an empty cup. I’m learning to give myself grace each and everyday and so should you. Love on yourself a little harder….your mind, body and spirit will thank you for it. 😘
