I have finally come out of several days of "In Just 5 Minutes" over the news of Robin Williams...
On a Soul Level it awakened my personal history, belief, and experience... I felt his pain...
Su***de & Depression spoke to me...
From the origins when ordinary fears became extraordinary unhealthy fear. Healthy fear at eh end of my chain of thoughts I could not own... I had it reversed. I simply caved to need the weight of impossibility.
Somewhere within the context of this thought my inherited and self created "Fear of Survival" came Depression and an attempted su***de. The selves inside were at an all time low... I gave them away.
Today...Whoa!
Summaries and after thoughts stemming from the Robin Williams su***de... Spiritual Separation
I am beginning to see... Healthy Fear- Purpose... Unhealthy Fear- Separation
My study is not in a chemical brain depression... my personal path toward and away from... broken down finally so I can step by step understand. A journey of distinguishing Healthy & Unhealthy fear.
The root of my depression - Spiritual Separation
Separation from listening... for the truth that jumps out at you which distinguishes the two... sitting with fear long enough... Letting Heaven Dance between you and your World as you do now.
This path of Spiritual Separation to its Renewal is why comes from Robins passing... in a strange sort way I feel myself saying thank you... I'm coming home... I smile!
