Please join us for a guided meditation as we enter the mystical threshold of the changing season. A sacred time of transition, transformation, and remembrance. Together, we will journey inward and beyond the veil to connect with our ancestors, honoring the wisdom, love, and spirit of those who walked before us.
Through meditation, sacred sounds, prayer, and intention, we will create space to receive their guidance and remember our ancient wisdom and lineage.

A beautiful Sunday morning at Mulberry Farm for an indigenous sound bath for therapists to rest and restore. Reiki was offered by my friend Rosemarie Zugami who connected so powerfully with her medicine to the White Light Reiki energy. A day surrounded by horses who shared their medicine, the land, the ancestors, and all the beautiful souls who were present. Shared my way of connecting with clients through talk therapy and use of sound to work through trauma, deprrssion, anxiety, grief.

The beautiful healing space of The Therapists Journey Within where the East meets the West in psychotherapy. You will be taken on journeys. You will choose oracle cards. You will sit on bolsters. Lay on the floor as Michelle will sit on the floor with you in the comfort of this healing space. Michelle uses CBT, somatic interventions, IFS work, to integrate the whole mind/body/spirit approach to healing. If you are called to do this work if you are feeling anxiety, depression, have trauma, relationship issues, and are in the LGBTQIA+ community and wanting to feel seen and heard without judgements, please feel free to reach out.

Our ancestral guidance shows us patterns. Beliefs. Norms of our lineage. Such beauty from the wisdom of our ancestors, seen and unseen, to recognize what serves us and others now, and what does not serve, to heal old wounds. You may be carrying grief, suffering, anxiety, beliefs from your ancestors. Together, I will guide you on a journey to connect with your ancestors through guided imagery, drumming, silence, singing bowls, tuning forks, to unearth what is beneath, to shed, and to heal. This will bring a sense of harmony, more ease, less anxious states, and clearer thought.
