Paula has spent 22 years building a reputation across the Jersey Shore as a trusted, deeply skilled medical massage therapist — holding 11 clinical certifications and a B.S. in Environmental Biology. She’s an advanced practitioner in manual lymphatic drainage, neuromuscular therapy, and myofascial release, with a warm, patient-centered approach that believes every body deserves treatment tailored to its story, not a one-size-fits-all protocol.

We’re beyond lucky that she’s bringing her practice home to us. If you’ve worked with Paula before, you already know — and if you haven’t yet, you’re in for something special.

We love a good massage here, but there is something about fascia therapy that wins almost every time.

Most people report at the end of their first therapy session that it felt more relaxing and like a deeper massage than one they’ve ever felt.

It’s designed so you can completely drop in and rest and the touch is so specific, that you feel the depth and connection more profoundly for most of the session.

We cut the fluff out of the massage and focus on exactly what your system needs in the moment to find its way back to stability and health.

I have lived a life of chronic pain for over 20 years now. In an effort to avoid surgeries and too many medications for my liking, I’ve actively sought holistic treatments and therapies throughout that time to manage my health.

Some seasons were wrought with pain even though I was doing all the things - fascia release, homeopathy, vitamins, yoga, Pilates, etc..

These are the things that made the work actually work. They’re now my foundation each week to keep me living fully into this wild and crazy life.
