There are moments in your career that remind you just how important it is to remain a student.
This week was one of those moments.
I had the privilege of receiving CranioSacral Therapy from one of the most respected practitioners in our profession. Not because I was looking for validation, but because I believe that if I’m asking my clients to trust me facilitating their healing, I have a responsibility to continue investing in my own growth.
The more I learn, the more I realize how much there is to discover. That’s one of the things I love most about this work.
As a practitioner, educator, and lifelong student, I don’t take these opportunities for granted. Every mentor, every teacher, every session shapes the way I show up for the people who place their trust in my hands.
I’m proud to be part of a CranioSacral community that values excellence, generosity, and the sharing of knowledge. Our profession is stronger because of the leaders who continue to challenge, inspire, and mentor the rest of us.
Deeply grateful for the opportunity to keep learning, to keep growing, and to continue bringing that growth back to my clients.

Today was a day to celebrate the Summer Solstice, challenge myself, and enjoy the mountains 🌞🏔️
The day started at 4:00 am with an early alarm, a little caffeine, and the excitement of heading out for the Jasper Mountain Trail Fest 1/2 Marathon. 🏃♀️
Running trails has a way of reminding me how much strength, focus, and determination we carry — one mile, one climb, and one step at a time.
The course was challenging, beautiful, and exactly the kind of adventure that makes you appreciate what your body is capable of. I’m grateful for the experience, the scenery, and the reminder that consistency and effort add up.
Here’s to welcoming summer with a full heart, tired legs, and a new accomplishment ✨

This past weekend I had the privilege of returning to Seattle as a teaching assistant for CranialSacral Therapy 1.
Every time I assist a class, I’m reminded that learning is never a one-way street. While supporting students as they develop new skills and confidence in this work, I find myself continually learning and growing right alongside them.
One of my favorite parts of teaching is watching those moments when concepts begin to click and students start to trust their hands, their observations, and the body’s incredible capacity for self-regulation and healing.
I am grateful to have spent the weekend with such an engaged group of practitioners who were willing to be curious, ask questions, and step into something new. Thank you to the instructors, fellow assistants, and students for creating such a supportive learning environment.
Feeling energized, inspired, and thankful to be part of a community dedicated to helping others through compassionate, hands-on care.

Continuing education is one of my favorite ways to deepen the care I offer 💆♀️
This past week, I had the opportunity to study craniosacral therapy with a focus on the immune response—specifically how it relates to the pelvis. It was a powerful reminder of how interconnected the body truly is.
The pelvis isn’t just structural—it plays a key role in fluid movement, nervous system regulation, and immune function. Supporting this area can have far-reaching effects throughout the entire body.
I’m grateful to learn from such an incredible teacher and to share space with a group of dedicated practitioners. Experiences like this continue to shape how I listen, assess, and support each client’s unique healing process.
Excited to begin integrating this work into my sessions ✨
If you’re curious about how craniosacral therapy can support your nervous system, immune health, or pelvic balance, feel free to reach out or book a session.

Gentle care for tiny systems 🤍
CranioSacral Therapy offers a soft, non-invasive approach that supports your baby’s nervous system, encourages deep rest, and helps the body settle into balance.
Each session meets your little one exactly where they are, honoring their unique rhythm and capacity for healing.
Because sometimes the smallest systems need the gentlest care.

Winter has a way of asking us to slow down. When stress, overwhelm, or fatigue linger in the body, gentle support can make a meaningful difference.
CranioSacral therapy offers a quiet, calming approach that helps the nervous system settle, creating space for balance, resilience, and healing to unfold naturally. If you’ve been feeling off-center this season, know that healing is possible.

Healing is always possible ✨
CranioSacral therapy offers a gentle pathway back to balance, creating space for your nervous system to soften, reset, and reconnect with its natural wisdom. Through light, attentive touch, the body is invited to release long-held tension, support emotional processing, and open to new possibilities for healing—sometimes in ways we didn’t even know were needed.
Whether you’re navigating stress, chronic tension, recovery, or simply longing for deeper ease, this work honors where you are while supporting what’s possible next.
