Tired of your Hair color fading!! Hair color fades because when you color your hair you change the structure of the hair, causing the hair to become more porous or sponge like making the hair capable of absorbing water more quickly, so water enters and exits the hair fibers taking with it the hair color molecules that give the hair its color. Red seems to fade faster because the molecules are smaller. SOLUTION!! 1) use color stay shampoo 2) Wash and rinse your hair with cool water3) No hot irons don't make the color fade. 3) the sun will fade the hair color but nothing major.
