We have been experiencing a lot of tardiness and last minute cancellations. With the upcoming Holiday Season we would like to give everyone a refresher on our late & cancellation policies 🙂

It is our goal to provide the best possible experience to you, and all of our clients. We understand that things happen. Let us know if you’re going to be late. Anything up to 15 minutes late will alter the services you receive, at our discretion. Anything past 15 minutes will result in your appointment being rescheduled to another date and time.

Cancellations are required with 24 hours notice. Anything less than 24 hours will be at the stylists discretion to rebook the appointment.

We currently do not require credit cards at the time of booking. Please respect our time, as we respect yours, so we will not be forced to change that.
