I’m excited to introduce Table Thai Massage to Anavrin Wellness Massage and Bodywork. Table Thai combines assisted stretching, compression, rhythmic movement, and therapeutic techniques. It can help improve flexibility, ease muscle tension, increase mobility, and give that refreshed, stretched-out feeling. Unlike traditional Thai massage on a floor mat, Table Thai is performed on a massage table, so it’s comfy and familiar but still something new. Also..YES. I am on the table with you periodically using my entire bodyweight for compressions. Perfect for clients feeling tight from work, workouts or just everyday stress.
