I believe that the most profound need that each person has is self-esteem, a sense of being important, valuable, and worthwhile. Born-and-raised in Brazil, I've always known it was my purpose to enrich, empower, and encourage people to recognize their full potential to reach their personal and professional goals. My journey was put to the test when I moved to the United States 20-years ago. The challenges I faced for over two decades inspired me to invest time in acquiring the knowledge and skills that will help people find their purpose and gain clarity in their careers, personal lives, or relationships. The same skills that helped guide me to where I am today. The founder of Life Strive Wellness LLC.

I'm so proud to have created Life Strive Wellness. I have spent the last decade working with people across multiple sectors from hospitality, nutrition, health coaching, fitness and massage therapy.
