Fire + Ice Soul Facial 🔥🧊 this is my favorite facial treatment! 😍 the results speak for itself and it’s a no brainer to why it’s so popular! 🤭 It combines two contrasting steps to rejuvenate the skin. It typically involves the application of two different masks, one with warming properties (fire) and the other with cooling properties (ice).
The “fire” portion of the facial involves applying a mask or treatment that contains active ingredients such as enzymes, alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs), or other exfoliating agents. In this protocol, we used Carboxy, which stimulates circulation, creating a warm or tingling sensation on the skin.
After the “fire” portion, the “ice” step follows, which involves applying a cooling mask or treatment to soothe and calm the skin. This mask may contain ingredients like hyaluronic acid, aloe vera, or peptides, which help hydrate, reduce redness, and provide a refreshing sensation. We used the Corthe Dermo Sensitive Soothing Gel Mask in this treatment, we did a cryo facial mask last time🩵
The combination of these contrasting sensations is believed to provide various benefits, including improved skin texture, increased circulation, reduced pore size, and a brighter, more youthful complexion! ✨

Hello beautiful souls, I’m Amber!💜 I thought I should introduce myself since I haven’t posted my face on this account😅 I created Whole Soul Aesthetics back when I was in school in 2021 and opened up my business January 2022 shortly after becoming a ! I love taking care of not only your skin but whole soul so that you have glowing skin that radiates from within✨ here’s a few things about me: I’m a mama, I’m 28 years old, an identical twin, a Gemini, a full time college student majoring in Psychology at Mira Costa College, I work part time as a para-educator working with ASD children, and I’m also a mental health peer educator. I love astrology and crystals, I’m a reiki practitioner and energy worker, I’m always continuing my education to provide a better experience for my clients, I love nature and going for hikes, and I have a huge heart!
