Rare Byrd Salon is a high-end yet relaxed and unpretentious beauty salon specializing in hand-crafted hair cuts and color, set in a super chill all inclusive space , where attention and care is second to none, complete with a complementary coffee, tea, snacks and positivity. The salon was founded by Walnut Creek native Annie Aieta, a Master Stylist and certified Wella Master Color Expert with advanced education in Bumble & Bumble, Sassoon, Privé, and many others, as well as a certified Great Lengths extension specialist. In addition to Annie’s station, it currently seats 11 additional stylists who have gathered from all walks of life, including master stylists and colorists meticulously chosen to ensure you leave the salon feeling gorgeous.
This is how I made both our dreams come true….
It had been a little over a year since her last retouch. Because she is naturally fairly light the bleaching process was easy peasy with no “surprises” 😍 I absolutely adore a shaggy wolf cut with a sassy micro fringe. I also was this exact beautiful shade of lavender for YEARS. What an incredible transformation!
