About a month ago our beloved Hannah level advanced. When a stylist level advances it means she has kept her retention goal, has been 80% or higher booked up for a certain period of time, has received glowing reviews, goes over and beyond for her clients. Promotions are paced so sometimes they can be given quickly and sometimes they can take a little longer. Although Hannah is our education director in the salon, she also stands behind the chair and gives glowing experiences and this promotion is well deserved. If you see her make sure you say congratulations!

𝐋𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐋 𝟏
Yah! Savannah has finished her cosmetology school requirement and will be a level 1 stylist as soon as she passes her state board test. You will see her at the salon part time until then and full time after. She is so excited for this journey! In her free time you will see her hanging out with her family, friends, or boyfriend, or at Marshall’s finding the greatest deal! She’s an outside lover, farmers market, church going gal.

It’s birthday… so it’s only right if we post some of our favorite work she’s done! 🥳

𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝟐
I proudly announce that Alicia is prepping for a level 2 stylist. We have a date of 5/1 for her to advance, but she is doing so well that it may happen a few weeks earlier. What that means is her boot camp is done with all of the modules, she is super prepared to take clientele and is excited to hit the floor running.
She is still considered a bloomie (junior) stylist at level 2 and will now have a mentor assigned to her.
We are so very excited to see her career launching and for her to flourish.

You may not ever have a chance to meet this beautiful soul. Judith does our special projects; she is sometimes in the front when needed, but she mostly has a computer in the back office and works away on reports, particular docs, or projects. She is one of the salon moms who always takes care of us. We are so blessed Judith joined our team before we even made the switch to the flower salon, working on the switchover before anyone even knew

We are introducing our newest hire, Kayla. Kayla has joined our concierge team and works alongside Osha, Sonya, Judith, and Savannah. Kayla has a passion for skincare, makeup, and fabulous nails. You will see Kayla answering the phone, scheduling, and ensuring your apt is top-notch. Kayla plans on enrolling in cosmetology/esthetician school in the summer.
