Jalapeño cheddar stuffed chicken✨ For the Filling:▪️1 Tbsp Butter▪️1 Clove Garlic, diced small▪️1/4 Cup Yellow Onion, diced small▪️1 Large Jalapeño, seeds removed & diced small▪️4 oz. Cream Cheese (1/2 Cup), softened▪️1/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese▪️Kosher Salt & Pepper▪️ For the Chicken:▪️2 Chicken Breasts▪️Kosher Salt & Pepper▪️1/4 Cup Flour▪️1 Egg▪️3/4 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs▪️Avocado Oil Spray▪️Minced Parsley, for serving▪️ 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400F 2️⃣ In a pan over medium heat, sauté the garlic, onions, and jalapeños in butter with a sprinkle of salt and pepper for 3-4 mins until tender 3️⃣ Transfer into a bowl and add the cream cheese (microwave it for 30 secs - 1 min to soften), cheddar cheese, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper; mix to combine 4️⃣ Season both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper and slice a slit along the side to create a pocket; stuff half of the filling in each breast (it’s okay if some of the filling is exposed) 5️⃣ Empty the flour in one bowl, beat an egg in a second bowl, and empty the panko in third bowl; dredge each chicken breast in flour, then egg, then panko (try to avoid getting flour and egg on the exposed filling) and place on a greased baking sheet 6️⃣ Spray with avocado oil and bake 25-35 mins (time will vary depending on how large your chicken breasts are) until internal temp reaches 165F 7️⃣ Sprinkle with fresh parsley and enjoy! ⏲ 15 minute prep time + 35 minute cook time Recipe serves 2 people

Hi everyone. This is one of my male clients that was tired of his bald spot. So I use a skinagrate piece from Jon renau to fill it in. 100% human hair. Looks just like scalp. Only piece you can cut to size. So now he is very happy. Awesome.
