‼️ NEW TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

With how busy I have been lately, I have unfortunately had to turn away clients, only to have scheduled appointments be missed, canceled last minute, or arrive significantly late without communication. To protect my time, income, and ability to serve all of my clients fairly, I am implementing the following policies effective immediately.

Studio Policies

• No children or extra guests unless previously discussed and approved.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

• A credit card is required to book your first appointment, or a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the booked service. Deposits will be applied toward your service total.

• No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

• I offer a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

•any fill ins after 4 weeks will be required to have a removal and new set put on. This is for nail health, product retention and keeping things fresh and symmetrical . Fill ins are suggested every 2-3 weeks.

• By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all studio policies and terms.
