Our body needs electrolytes to hydrate appropriately so that fluid stays in the body and isn’t just peed out in the urine.

I usually start my day out with 1 scoop of Electrolyte or Immunity Mix in 8-12 oz. of water.
electrolyte I mix 2-3 scoops in 16-24 oz. of water, respectively with 4 grams of glycine prior to intense workouts.
I always consume salt solutions SLOWLY (over 30 minutes) and I try to START drinking them 90-105 minutes PRIOR to exercise.
