Your spice rack called. You’ve been ignoring some very good ingredients. 🌿✨
That cinnamon you only use for baking? Try it in your morning oatmeal.
The ginger sitting in your fridge? Give it a starring role in tonight’s soup.
Turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, rosemary and mint—five familiar ingredients with plenty of ways to bring your everyday meals to life.
Swipe through, choose one, and try something new this week. 💚
Save this for your next “what should I cook?” moment—and tell me: which herb or spice could you never give up? 👇

To the woman who feels guilty resting while there’s still something left to do… this is for you. 🌿
There will always be another task. Another person who needs you. Another reason to put yourself last.
Your needs deserve a place in that day, too.
A meal you sit down to enjoy.
A quiet moment before saying yes.
A walk without rushing.
Permission to say, “I need some space.”
These small choices are part of how we care for ourselves.
Nature reminds me that every season has its own rhythm. There is time to grow, time to let go, and time to rest. We deserve that gentleness, too.
And on the days you forget? You can return. With everything you have learned, exactly where you are.
Let today’s practice be one kind choice for yourself. 🤍
Swipe through these reminders, then tell me: "Which feels hardest right now—resting, setting boundaries, or beginning again?"
Save this for a day when you’re being hard on yourself, or send it to a woman who could use a little gentleness.
With love,
Yolie 🌿

What are you still carrying that you’ve already outgrown? 🌿
An old expectation. The need to please everyone. A version of yourself that no longer feels true.
Growing wiser asks us to pause, reflect, and bring what we’ve learned into our everyday choices. Sometimes that means setting a boundary, responding with more patience, or giving ourselves permission to change.
Nature reminds us that letting go has its season, too. We can honour what has been while making room for what comes next.
In my blog, “The Royal Level of Aging,” I explore growing older with greater awareness, intention, and peace.

August has its own rhythm.
The days are warm, gardens are abundant, and fresh produce is everywhere. Seasonal nourishment is simply an invitation to notice and work with what this time of year offers us.
It might look like:
🍅 Adding fresh tomatoes to a simple lunch
🥒 Enjoying cooling cucumbers and herbs
🍓 Choosing ripe, colourful fruits
🥗 Making meals lighter and easier
💛 Listening to what genuinely feels nourishing
You don’t need to follow complicated food rules to care for yourself.
Sometimes nourishment begins by slowing down, looking at what is available, and choosing one simple thing that supports you today.
What food makes you think of August? Share it in the comments.
Mallorca reawakened something in me. 🌊
Every day, I swam in the Mediterranean with my twins, Bella and Noah. And with each swim, I felt my body remembering a joy I had quietly set aside.
I didn’t learn to swim as a child. I learned later in life because I wanted to share the water with my children.
What began as a simple desire to join them became something deeply nourishing.
Swimming became freedom.
It became breath.
It became trust in my own body.
Mallorca reminded me that some joys never truly leave us. They simply wait patiently until we are ready to welcome them back.
It is never too late to learn something new.
Never too late to begin again.
Never too late to rediscover a part of yourself that has been waiting quietly all along.
Sometimes our children become our greatest teachers.
And sometimes, the greatest journeys are not measured by the miles we travel, but by what they awaken within us.

What if the most powerful thing on your dinner plate tonight isn't the main course... but the "useless" green garnish sprinkled on top? 🌿

Every morning begins here... 🍋
A sun-ripened lemon, picked straight from the tree.
Warm water, fresh lemon, and a touch of honey to gently awaken my digestive system.
There is something deeply nourishing about food that grows where you are, lemons, herbs, fruits, vegetables... gifts from the earth, picked with your own hands.
Sometimes, the simplest rituals are the ones that nourish us most. 🌿
