Community Event - Olive Greene Naturals Soap Making Class - Uplands On a stormy July afternoon, the Uplands hosted a community soap making class with Amanda Conkling of Olive Greene Naturals.…

This is what I mean when I say “locally sourced ingredients.” These are my staple ingredients to making an organic bar of Oatmeal, Milk, & Honey soap. Beef tallow is a wonderful moisturizer and is loaded with vitamin E which supports collagen production. Honey regulates ph and has antimicrobial, antibacterial, and anti-fungal properties. The fat in goat milk helps lock in moisture and condition you skin. These products were all made less than 20 miles from my home, and we’re all ethically sourced. Thankful for what my beautiful area has to offer. 😌 Dirty Girl Farmers' Market - Sticky Lips Honey - Catskill Smokehouse
