After 25 wonderful years as a hairstylist, and 14½ unforgettable years owning Changes Hair Salon, the time has come for me to officially announce my retirement.

This decision comes with a full heart and deep gratitude. To my incredible clients—thank you for your continued loyalty, trust, and support throughout the years. You allowed me to be part of your lives, your milestones, your conversations, and your transformations. Every appointment, every laugh, and every story shared in my chair has meant more to me than I can express.

Owning Changes Hair Salon has been one of the greatest honors of my life, and I am so proud of the community we built together. I am thrilled to share that Dariel, a dedicated and talented stylist who has been part of Changes, will be purchasing the salon and continuing its legacy. I have complete confidence in Dariel and know the salon will remain in wonderful hands.

As I begin this next chapter, please know how thankful I am for each and every one of you. I will carry these memories with me always.

Yesterday, I had the privilege of running for The Sparrows Nest, and I'd like to take a moment to acknowledge your incredible support for this outstanding charity. Between two successful cut-a-thons, generous Facebook donations, and $341 raised from our front desk donation bucket, we exceeded $3,000 to assist families facing cancer diagnoses. It was a profoundly moving experience, shared with exceptional people. I extend my sincerest gratitude to each of you for your support.

I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to everyone who contributed to my fundraiser benefiting The Sparrows Nest. The small donation bucket at the salon's entrance raised $341 to support families affected by cancer. Your kindness is invaluable and I will post updates from my November 2 race. Thank you once more! Hey Everyone!!

This year I have decided to run a race in Ocean City, MD to support an amazing cause, The Sparrow's Nest. This charity delivers homemade meals to families facing a cancer diagnosis in the Hudson Valley.
I have decided, with the help of Dariel to have a cut-a-thon on February 25th. 100% of my proceeds will go towards reaching my fundraising goal for Team Sparrow. We will be offering haircuts, blow-dries and facial waxes for women, as well as haircuts for men and children too!
