PLEASE READ: So this is as real as it gets and I wanted to post this bc in a world of people filtering themselves while there working out or in there workout gear this is actually what you look like after working out in a 90 degree room or on general ! The point of this post is not too bash people that use filters. The point of this post is to encourage people to work out and to not be intimidated because they don’t look like those filtered people after they work out or while working out, you are not supposed to look good while you are actually working out .You are supposed to be there to work out, Feel good., strengthen your body and your mind and I am here to remind you of that because that is not real life.! If I get backlash for this I’m fine with that too ! Go do your thing and not care who’s in the room or watching ! You get one YOU! thank you to Jessica Brown LA Cycle + Yoga for always pushing me !
