Self care is so important. If we don't take care of ourselves we won't be able to take care of anyone else. I pride myself in giving quality versus quantity. I've been told to only give enough to keep them coming back. Don't address everything. I've been scolded for going over the appointment time. I'm here to help not waste your time or drain your pockets for multiple visits. My Swedish massage isn't a routine that I do over and over for everyone. My deep tissue massage isn't excruciating. I incorporate whatever is needed to address your requests. Side note: for self care at home I highly recommend Bob and Brad's massager on Amazon. It's massaging me right now between my shoulders. I love it. I don't get paid to advertise but I should because I don't recommend anything else! This gets the knot out.
