I took a facial massage class 20 years ago. Whilst updating my skills, this Massage Therapist ended up in a Facial Massage Class taught by an esthetician and was full of estheticians which, turned out to be a wonderful experience to learn to deeper muscles of the face. I'll probably never wash my face the same way again, in the most wonderful way.

Facial massage techniques on a different level!

Spring is here, which means yard cleaning in our region. Wrists are often overlooked parts of body. Warm them up before yard chores begin. Here's a nice variation for to add to your wrist warm-ups.

Wrist mobility starts in the forearms. The muscles and tendons that control your wrist movements—like flexion, extension, and side-to-side motion—all originate in the forearm and extend into the hand. When these muscles are strong and flexible, they allow for smooth, pain-free movement. But if they’re tight or weak, your wrist mobility can suffer, leading to discomfort or even injury. That’s why stretching and strengthening your forearms is so important. Whether you’re typing, lifting, or playing sports, healthy forearms mean better wrist function and fewer limitations. #wristpain #deskworkers
