Today marks thirteen years of this beautiful little sanctuary we’ve built… and my heart is so full.

I’m endlessly grateful for our salon family — the women I get to spend my days with, laugh with, grow with, and watch blossom year after year. You have become such a steady, joyful part of my life, and I truly love the energy we create together.

And to our clients… thank you for trusting us, for sharing your life stories in our chairs, and for letting us care for you. You’re the soul of this place.

I can’t wait for you all to experience a little environment glow up after the new year — just a fresh touch to match the love that’s already here. ✨

These last 12 years here have been more transformational than I could have ever imagined.

Sometimes, we get a simple idea, and then it turns into a lifetime. Cheers to never going to work a single day for the last 12 years. It's more like looking forward to and being excited to work alongside and see the best friends a woman could ask for and connect daily with the kindest, most genuine people I have the pleasure of welcoming into my salon chair.

This salon- this career, is truly a gift and a manifested expression of who I am and what I value, to my core.

I am grateful and blessed beyond words.

WOW!!! 11 years ago today, I opened the doors of Ananda. 7 months before that day, I planted a seed from a vision I had, but had no idea it would have grown into the beautiful life it has provided me and those who share this space. I have had the pleasure of working with the kindest, most loving and genuine women who are like sisters to me and look forward to catching up with my clients that I consider at this point, dear friends, each and every day. I am blessed and grateful beyond words. Thank you to everyone who has made Ananda what it is. A space is made up of the people and energy within and you have all made my dream a reality. ✨️🙏

It's that time of year again! We are partnering with Ink Fish Books to collect some back-to-school essentials and basics for donating to Foster Forward!

For the month of August we will be collecting the following list of items, and accepting cash donations! All cash donations will be matched by !

They are always in need of:
- Feminine hygiene products
- Pens and pencils
- Folders
- Notebooks
- Art supplies
- Markers
- Crayons
- Construction paper
- Pencil cases
- Flash drives
- Water bottles
- Lunchboxes
- New/gently used backpacks
Ages 9-18

Donations can be dropped off at Ananda Hair Lounge at 49 Water St. OR Ink Fish Books at 488 Main St.!

We are so excited to help out foster kids in our area receive much needed back to school supplies and to live out the mission at Foster Forward to empower lives impacted by foster care!
