Today is the start of Rett Syndrome Awareness Month. 💜

Symptoms of Rett syndrome do not appear until a regression between 6 to 18 months of age, and usually, family members don’t see it coming. Many people still haven’t heard of Rett syndrome, which is why October is crucial for awareness, advocacy, and education.

Here are some ways you can increase awareness this month:
