We’re looking for someone with experience who’s confident behind the chair and ready to jump in. Our ideal stylist loves creating beautiful blondes, bold vivids, and killer women’s cuts and color.😍

I’ve got some exciting news to share…

I am officially stepping into the role of managing Empress Beauty Salon, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity. This salon has become so much more than just a place I work—it’s become a place I genuinely care about, and being trusted to help lead it is something I don’t take for granted. 🤞🏼

This isn’t about having a bigger title. It’s about creating a space where everyone feels welcome, our team feels supported, and our clients leave feeling like the best version of themselves.
I don’t believe leadership is about having all the answers. To me, it’s about listening, encouraging, learning, and helping people grow. I want our salon to be a place where creativity is celebrated, kindness comes naturally, and everyone feels valued—from the people behind the chairs to every person who walks through our doors. 🤩

I’ve got a lot of ideas, and yes… some things will be changing. Not because what we’ve built isn’t good, but because I believe there’s always room to learn, grow, and become even better. I want us to keep investing in education, supporting one another, and creating an experience that makes people excited to come back.

If you know me, you know I’m a little chaotic, I love to laugh, probably covered in hair color, and always chasing my next idea. 😂 But you’ll also know how deeply I care about this industry, this salon, our team, and every client who trusts us.

This is a new chapter for Empress, and I’m so excited to see where it takes us. Thank you to everyone who’s supported me, encouraged me, and believed in me along the way.
