March’s Virtual Trainings

Matrix’s Tonal Control is literally amazingggg!

Taught a highlighting technique that is modern, quick application and great to deliver maximum brightness. Toned with my favorite tone 9NCV for the perfectttt caramel tone 🤎

Also showcasing the power of lightening - I did a platinum card service on a mannequin. One side lifted to a level 8 & the other a level 10. It’s all about the post lightening service when using Tonal Control! I utilized the 8VR on the ENTIRE head! Reflect looks completely different on different levels. On the left side you have a gorgeous strawberry blonde -loveeeeeee! & on the right you have a gorg rose gold.
