Kiss Salon, one of DC’s favorite boutique beauty destinations (West End area), is looking for a warm, polished, and ultra-organized Receptionist to be the smiling face and voice of our salon!
What You’ll Do:
• Welcome every guest like VIP (because they are!)
• Book appointments (we use Meevo) with speed and accuracy
• Answer phones, texts, and DMs with enthusiasm
• Light retail sales & ringing up clients
• Keep the front desk and waiting area spotless and Instagram-worthy
• Coordinate with stylists and support the daily flow of the salon
• Handle rebooking, confirmations, and follow-ups
You’re Our Ideal Candidate If:
• You have 1+ years of receptionist or customer-service experience (salon/spa experience = huge plus!)
• You’re tech-savvy and pick up booking software fast
• You stay calm and positive even when we’re fully booked
• You love beauty, fashion, and making people feel amazing
• Weekends are no problem (we’re open 7 days)
• You’re reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Professional appearance and upbeat personality are a must
We Offer:
