Plastic Surgery
Thinking about a breast augmentation or breast lift but not sure which one you actually need?
There’s a simple way to get a better idea before you even come in for a consultation. Here’s what to look for.
Just a little reminder to our moms. ✨
As a practice made up entirely of women, many of us moms ourselves, we understand the mom guilt.
But choosing yourself every once in a while doesn’t take anything away from your children. Whether it’s surgery or a workout or simply taking time to feel like yourself again, you’re allowed to invest in yourself too.
You deserve the same care and kindness you so freely give everyone else. 💞
What happens if I get pregnant again after mommy makeover surgery?
If life has other plans after surgery, don’t panic. Here’s what you need to know. 💞
Introducing The Boutique Brief.🎙️
Every Friday, Dr. Kulkarni will sit down for honest conversations about plastic surgery, one topic at a time. No trends, no myths, just the information we believe every woman deserves to know.
We’re kicking things off with a question so many moms ask: Why won’t my post pregnancy belly flatten, no matter how many ab exercises I do?
The answer may be something called diastasis, and if that’s the case, no amount of crunches can bring those muscles back together.
Watch this week’s Boutique Brief, and let us know what you’d like Dr. Kulkarni to cover next Friday.
Do your breasts grow back after breast reduction surgery?
For the vast majority of women, no.
It’s very uncommon, and when it does happen it’s usually related to significant hormonal changes, like pregnancy, or substantial weight gain.
Out of more than 1,000 breast reductions I’ve performed, I’ve only seen it happen in 4 patients.
Have more questions about breast reduction? Leave them below and we’ll cover them in a future video. 💕
Are you 6 weeks after your breast augmentation and wondering why your implants feel like they’re up in your neck? Give them time. As they settle, you’ll start to see the beautiful, natural results you’re waiting for.
Labiaplasty may be a relatively quick procedure, but giving your body time to heal is an important part of the process.
Most patients are feeling quite good after just a few days, but there are still a few temporary restrictions that help you heal properly and achieve the best possible outcome. Watch to see what they are. 💕
Considering a labiaplasty? Let’s walk through exactly what to expect, from the moment you arrive to the moment you head home.
Knowing what to expect can make the decision feel a little less overwhelming. If you’ve been curious about the procedure, this video is for you.
Have a question about labiaplasty? Drop it below, we’re happy to answer. 💕
So what exactly is a labiaplasty?
It can be done right here in the office or under anesthesia, and most patients are back to their routine in 2–3 days. Some bruising and swelling for a couple of weeks is normal, but the recovery might be a lot easier than you think. 💕
If a labiaplasty is something you’ve been thinking about, summer can be a great time to finally schedule your consult. It’s a quick procedure with minimal downtime, making it a little easier to fit into a busy schedule.
