Good DAY! It's too late for the 4th of July to get results. But never to late to start. Likes get to it. Before you start make sure you do what's comfortable for your body and knees. You can do one or two of the exercise and modified to you. Comfortable doesn't mean to quit when it starts to burn, Comfortable doesn't mean quit when you feel like giving up. Any exercise/workout you start it's not going to be easy but it will be well worth it. One Diva Tip: Eat in front of a mirror without clothes on... (turn to the right, turn to the left, turn around and look back and of course just look at the front) Now are you happy of what you see? Every body/ any body needs improvement. Have a Great Workout! :)
