3 INGREDIENT CREAMY MUSHROOM CHICKEN by

Chicken (I used bone in and skin on thighs)
Cream of mushroom soup
Onions

Salt, pepper and olive oil

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, sear on both sides in an oven proof pan and set aside. Using the same pan, sauté onions and add the cream of mushroom soup. Once it’s all incorporated, return the chicken to the pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. We enjoyed our meal with zucchini sautéd in butter.

Baked red snapper with lemon garlic herb butter by

Red Snapper (one pound)
1 lemon cut into thin slices
1 squeezed lemon
1/4 cup Unsalted butter (melted)
3-4 garlic cloves (minced)
Small bunch of parsley
S&P

Directions: Preheat your oven to 450. Line your sheet pan with aluminum foil. In a small bowl mix your melted butter, minced garlic cloves, one squeezed lemon, and a pinch of S&P. Place thin slices of lemon on your pan. Place red snapper skin side down on top of the lemon slices. Season your fish with S&P and pour your lemon garlic butter right on top of your fish. Bake for 17-20 mins. Then, for an extra crisp broil high for 2 mins. Pair it with your favorite vegetable and top your fish with parsley. Enjoy!

Crispy Ranch Chicken Thighs and Bacon Green Beans by
I generously coated the chicken thighs with salt, pepper and Ranch seasoning (make sure to season under the skin too) You can use any kind of Ranch powder, I used brand. Most Ranch packets have a small amount of carbs, it’s usually less than 1-2 grams, but I’d still recommend double checking the ingredients.

I cooked the chicken thighs in the air fryer oven @ 360 degree for 20 minutes. (turning over half way through) Increase the temperature to 400 degrees and cooked for another 5 minutes to get them crispy.
