Setting boundaries isn’t always easy.
We often grow up learning to adapt, to endure or to prioritize the needs of others before our own. That’s why I say “no” expressing what we need or marking a distance can feel uncomfortable.
However, every healthy boundary is a way of telling you, “I matter too”.
When you dare to set boundaries, you teach others how to respect your time, your space, your emotions, and your worth
If you’re having a hard time doing it, start by identifying who you need to set boundaries with, and which situation are most uncomfortable for you. Sometimes acknowledging it is the first step to starting to express it.

How is this even possible? Wow For context, over the years, when Christopher Nolan would film IMAX, sequences in films like the Dark Knight or Interstellar he couldn’t record usable dialogue because the cameras were so loud.
This is why you would see aspect ratios changes from the IMAX 1.43:1 to the wider 2.20:1 in films like Dunkirk, where we are in heavier dialogue scenes on the boat.
The cameras sounded like lawnmowers. It was a temporary solution that has now lead us to the moment where Nolan can now achieve every scene in the IMAX format.
With the new Keighley IMAX camera, they were able to achieve a quieter camera, but it still wasn’t quiet enough to record the clean dialogue. Therefore the filmmakers built a “blimp” system to encase the IMAX camera which brought the camera noise down significantly. This way Nolan doesn’t have to use ADR for actors to re-record the dialogue. He could get the actual performance in IMAX on the day without having to use a regular 65mm camera to film the scene with the real audio. He could get the sea he wanted with the iMac film camera
The presented another challenge though because the blimp is so large that actors couldn’t stand naturally in front of each other to film highly intimate scenes. Nolan created a mirror system where the actors could still see the other in the mirror reflection to still bring the authenticity to the sequence, pure filmmaking magic.
