Good morning to you☀️! It’s Monday again already (DOT DOT DOT) that could mean so many things, a fresh start to a new work week, stress and anxiety, excitement etc. Whatever it means for you, I just wanted to remind you that YOU have the power to protect your peace. This statement was much needed for me last week so I’m definitely carrying it into this week! Learning to compartmentalize my workday is imperative for me and not allowing myself to get stressed out about everything when I’ve done my best is key. So I challenge you and me to have a productive week, set boundaries AND stick to them, do your best, take breaks and to remember to PROTECT OUR PEACE, it’s our choice so let’s make that decision! *sipping my morning tea ☕️

Howard Homecoming #2022 it was a quick stop but just enough to see some beautiful faces. Until next year… wishing my Bison family, love and blessings.
