The Darkest Tale

Yesterday I adopted this sweet little baby 😻

Her name’s Κασσάνδρα (Cassandra), Cassie for short. We wanted to choose a name of Greek origin and connected to Greek mythology, as she’s a Cypriot kitty 😸

If you’ve been watching my Stories on Instagram you know a week ago I found a blind cat-mother with 5 kittens 1-1,5 month old. I was trying to find them new homes, but it is very hard in Cyprus 🥲

But I was lucky to get a contact of a volunteer from a Cypriot shelter Island of Hope. And I can’t thank them enough for all the help provided! ❤️

So 3 babies went to the shelter, and later will find new loving owners and forever home, 1 kitten the owner unfortunately left with the mother outdoors.

As for the last one (in the first picture with me), my hubby and I decided to adopt her and we were happy that our landlord let us keep the baby in the apartment.

Last week and especially the weekend were pretty busy for me. As a baby kitten is basically like a Tamagotchi 🤣🤣
I had to help her to eat, find her litter box, play and hunt, and put her to sleep! And then you repeat this cycle several times a day 😅
But I’m very happy to have this little fur soul at my side! 🥰❤️
