The Russian Banya Experience

Welcome to the Russian Banya experience where we offer a guided experience of alternating between the sauna, receiving venik massage(being brushed and lightly struck with an oak bundle while in the sauna), cold plunge, and relaxation with live music.

The experience lasts approximately 3 hours and has immense health benefits for body and mind that must be experienced to be appreciated.

Morning sessions are from 9am-12pm, while evening sessions from 6-9pm.
