REQUIREMENTS:
+ 15-20 hours/week
+ Ability to create your own schedule and grow to full-time
+ Expected starting monthly income of $2K with base + commission
+ Must be local to DC, love the beauty industry and be highly personable (we will *train* you on everything else!)
+ Marketing experience is a plus!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing Whole Glow clientele
- Managing social media, email marketing + online reviews
- Scheduling + following up with clients
- Managing inventory + other logistics

This position works best if you are a entrepreneur ramping up your own business. And we are open to collaborations if you have a beauty, health or personal development business! For example, if you own a small beauty business, this can be a great way for you to get in front of more women and expand your reach.

When I started Whole Glow, my organic spray tanning business, I received this beautiful unexpected gift of seeing so many people so vulnerably. You have to strip down and get naked to spray tan!

We "see it all," but what shocked me the most was nearly every woman who stepped in our tan tent would make comments like, "don't mind the extra baby weight," "I haven't worked out in forever" or "I hate my body." So. Much. Apologizing.

We came up with a rule: "no self depreciation in the tan tent." Because you're there to feel beautiful and honor your body -- curves, scars and all.

At Whole Glow, we've seen so many naked bodies that we know our own bodies are super duper NORMAL.

Moles. Scars. Stretch marks. Cellulite. A little jiggle. Or a lot.

It's all normal.

It's this gift of honestly + reality that I wish I could give to every woman (or man) who doesn't love their body yet.

So I think that in this coming year, the best thing we can all do is be a little more honest about our scars. About our mistakes. About our breakdowns, struggles and breakthroughs.

The world needs to hear the truth. Your truth.
