Another competition in the books. Only did one division and ended up walking away with 2nd. Analyzing the pictures of myself I can see the areas I want to work on to bring an even better package next time. For now though it’s time to celebrate the belated birthday, spend some quality time with that doesn’t involve being anywhere near a gym, snuggle my furbabies Adonis, Ares, and Athena. Only a handful of days before I have to switch my attention to school and keep grinding away on the iron doing what i love, but for now It’s time to snack!

Heart goes to family, losing him was a huge hit and I can’t imagine how hard it’s been for his wife. Big shoutout to for stepping in and helping keep me on track without any knowledge of my body she rocked it the last week and a half. Thanks to for providing such an amazing environment with such quality equipment for us fitness enthusiasts and last but not least, thanks to for not killing me in my sleep over the last couple weeks of prep. I know I’m a handful to deal with 😋

Prejudging complete. Feels good to relax for a few before finals. Battling between first and second but no matter the outcome this is the best package I’ve brought so far. After this I’ll reassess but nothing will stop the improvements

First step done! Now on to complete the Masters Degree in International Relations. Headed up to Cambridge next Friday to take the next two courses this summer in-residence. The opportunities that the Air Force has provided me have been endless and for all the sacrifice, it certainly has been an amazing journey thus far. When I return from Harvard in August I’ll be transitioning to my new job at the Pentagon working for the Joint Chiefs in the National Military Command Center. Can’t wait to see what’s in store there and happy and I get to enjoy DC a while longer!
