10. Roasted Butternut Squash Prosciutto Pizza with Caramelized Onions Recipe Ingredients

Ingredients
* ▢ 1/2 pound pizza dough, at room temperature
* ▢ 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
* ▢ 4 cups cubed butternut squash or pumpkin
* ▢ 2 teaspoons honey
* ▢ 2 tablespoons chopped fresh sage
* ▢ 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
* ▢ 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper use to your taste
* ▢ 2 pinches crushed red pepper flakes
* ▢ kosher salt and black pepper
* ▢ 2 tablespoons salted vegan butter
* ▢ 2 yellow onions, thinly sliced
* ▢ 3/4 cup apple cider
* ▢ 1 cup shredded vegan mozzarella
* ▢ 3 ounces thinly sliced vegan prosciutto, torn

Once upon a time
When the grass grew luscious and green,
The air was fresh and our hearts were pure.
Focusing on the Now more than anything.

There was space
Where worries and fear were non-existent,
We took each new thing as it came and went.

There was matter
Why forced and combined with something less striking?

Love, powerful force,
Gifted through passion and pain.
Undeserved treasures through hope filled waters,
Covered and cloaked with rushing bliss.
Ah, yes! As the remembrance comes,
Like burning rain.

A refreshing breeze dances across as the sun starts to set.
With the vivid colors brushing across the sky like a painting and fire flies lighting the air like stars mirroring the heavens, I knew it was time.

And this time was different....

My biggest motivation? I see life as a gift from God. Each new day is an opportunity to learn, play, love, and challenge myself for growth. Seeing life as an precious adventure and a University, an education where I'm always learning something new. Following effective actions with quiet reflections. From quiet reflections comes even more effective action. Letting go of what I precieve myself to be to therefore embrace who I'm meant to become. Letting go of worry of what I have in order to recieve what I need. Having faith and courage through all of it. Because every second counts. But most importantly, putting God first.

Recipe Ingredients

▢ 2 cups all-purpose flour
▢ ½ teaspoon salt
▢ ½ cup granulated sugar
▢ ¾ cup vegan stick buter , slightly softened
▢ 2 tablespoons almond milk , or any plant-based milk
▢ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
▢ ½ teaspoon almond extract (optional)
▢ ⅓ cup Homemade Raspberry Jam , or any jam like pumpkin
▢ *Optional: powdered sugar for sprinkling

🌹There's also another version to make a ginger snap version to this recipe with pumpkin or blackberry jam filling.
