Hi everyone,

I have some exciting April specials coming (keep scrolling 👀), but first I wanted to share a quick update regarding my appointment policy.

To better protect appointment availability and ensure fairness for all clients, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied to any appointment canceled with less than 24 hours notice. This fee also applies to no-show appointments, and no-shows will not be permitted to book future appointments.

Moving forward, a credit card will be required to be kept on file for all clients. If you do not currently have one on file, you will be asked to add one at your next appointment.

I completely understand that unexpected situations can happen, especially with illness or family needs, and I will continue to try to extend grace when possible for clients who have consistently respected the policy.
