We want to address something we’ve noticed recently. 👀

Following the departure of a former employee, we’ve suddenly noticed negative reviews.

We absolutely respect honest feedback. If someone has a genuine concern about their experience, we’re always willing to listen and address it appropriately.

That said… when the timing and volume of reviews suddenly change immediately after someone leaves, we’re not exactly oblivious to the pattern. 😉

We’re not interested in public arguments, personal attacks, or airing anyone’s business online. We’ll continue to conduct ourselves professionally, take care of our customers, and let the quality of our work speak for itself.

At the end of the day, one person leaving doesn’t erase years of positive relationships, happy customers, and hard work.

I wanted to hop on real quick and keep it 100 with you guys. As the owner, my main goal has always been making sure every single one of you leaves the salon loving your hair and feeling awesome.
​I know a few appointments fell short of the quality you guys expect from us, and I’m so, so sorry about that. We made some necessary team changes so that whenever you're in our chairs, you’re always getting the absolute best care and skill.
