I had no idea how impactful that little decision to go to my first yoga class would be on my future. Honestly, I probably still don’t.

Yoga changed my life. 🧘‍♀️

It led me to find a relationship with my body and taught me how to show up for myself. It has led me to better health in my 40s than I had in my 30s. It taught me to “do it anyways” and empowered me to push through the lies in my head.

It led me down a path of healing and self-discovery. It has empowered me to try again, taught me acceptance, and reminded me that growth doesn’t always look the way we expect it to.

Most importantly, yoga has led me on a journey that has deepened my relationship with my Maker. And for that, I am incredibly grateful. 🙏

A huge shoutout to my very first teacher, Melissa Turner, for holding space for me and leading the way. And another huge thank you to my love, Christopher Betsworth, for supporting me through it all. ❤️

I'm feeling extra grateful as I reflect on celebrating my birthday surrounded by not one, but two beautiful yoga communities.

To be rooted in two communities that feel like home is such an honor and a privilege. Yoga has brought so many incredible people into my life.🙏

This Wednesday evening, we’re adding some magic to our practice with a crystal grid meditation woven into our evening yoga. A little stillness, intention, and energy to help us settle into the middle of our week. 🔮✨
