Thats right! Catch our morning Toddler Time sessions on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays at 10am!

Only $12 per person over the age of 1 for the full 45 minute session 🥰

Your Salt Cave Membership gives you a sure space to enjoy your weekly reset ✨

Whether you're looking for space to meditate, read, crochet, or simply just breathe, we've got you 🫶

Our basic monthly membership (with or without children) entitles you to four community sessions, 10% off specialty classes (like the meditation, sou d bath, and toddler time), bringing a friend for half off once a month, AND half off a private cave during the week of your birthday 🤯

At the end of each session you'll be greeted at the door of the cave with a lavender neck warmer, a hot towel, and a warm salt foot lamp to help you acclimate outside the cave.
