Hi everyone🫶🏼I have a few announcements to make:

🚫Closed until August 10th:
Due to losing my dad recently, I’ll be closing my books until August 10th so that I can take time to grieve and get my life back in order. Thank you so much for all of your patience and understanding as I’ve had to reschedule so many massages. Thank you for your kind words and support through it all. It means the world to me.

📆Schedule change:
After experiencing this loss, I’ve had some time to think about things that are truly important to me. My daughter is starting half days at kindergarten this year and my top priority is being there for her. My new schedule will be as follows:

Monday: 8:45-12:00
Tuesday: 8:45-12:00
Wednesday: 8:45-12:00
Thursday: 8:00-1:45
Friday: 8:45-12:00

💆🏼‍♀️Services:
I will sadly no longer be offering 90 min appts as it no longer makes sense trying to fit them into my new schedule.
I’ll still be offering 1 hour & 2 hour sessions with options to include hot stones, cupping & prenatal.

This is a huge season of change for me and my family and I appreciate all the outpouring of love, prayers and support. What an amazing community of caring people that I get to serve and I’m so very thankful❤️

Just wanted to reach out to the community I love and am so grateful to call home.

Let’s be real—this winter has been rough. I usually look forward to the holidays to lift spirits, enjoy traditions, and soak in a little extra joy. Between the back-to-back windstorms and power outages, it’s felt heavier than usual, and I’ll admit, I’ve caught myself feeling more cranky and frustrated than I’d like.

Today, during the power outage on the Parks Hwy, I watched local law enforcement standing out in the cold and wind, directing traffic and keeping everyone safe. It made me pause and feel thankful. While waiting for my turn to move , I smiled at the driver next to me—she threw her hands up, clearly irritated, probably at the traffic (at least I hope so). It was one of those moments that reminded me how tense things can feel right now, and how we don’t always know what someone else is carrying.

At the café over the last few days, we’ve even been hung up on and cursed at for something as simple as being sold out of soup. It’s a reminder that many of us are feeling stretched thin—but it’s also a reminder of how much patience and compassion matter, especially with one another.

I know my people. I know this community. And I truly believe we still have it in us to slow down, give a little grace, and find joy this season. To celebrate the ones we love, remember the ones we miss, and remind ourselves that every day we’re here is a gift. Valley peeps are strong, resilient, and full of heart—and I know we can still make this a meaningful, joy-filled holiday season.

If the holidays feel heavy for you, you’re not alone. And if you’re having a hard time finding your spark or your smile, come see me. I’d love to share a cup of hot cocoa or coffee and sit with you for a bit (maybe just not during the lunch rush 😉 )❤️

Last month, I got to visit Salt Lake City for the convention!

Let me just say, I have been using DōTERRA essential oils for about 10 years but about 2 years ago, I decided to try some of their supplements and it has changed my life. Seriously.
