I am grateful for the opportunity to speak with the Wasilla Warriors Girls Soccer team this week about what it means to be a 24-hour athlete. We discussed two of the most underrated “teammates”: Nutrition and Sleep.
It’s important to eat more real food, fuel properly before and after games, and prioritize rest.

Remember:
Focus on Food 🍝 = Fuel ⛽️ and Sleep 😴 = Strength 💪🏻
