In honor of Valentine's Day we bring you Love Potion #9 at AK Namaste.
We will begin with out customary short meditation and sound therapy and then jump into learning about herbs that support self love, open the heart, and even assist with aphrodisiac energy!
We'll be making an oil and herb infused roller bottle that will be tailored towards your desires, and a bath tea concentrate that can be added to the bath, a foot soak, spray bottle, or what ever your imagination comes up with!
