Many of you have noticed me hinting that some big changes were coming. Over the past several months, our family has been pursuing a new business opportunity, and I’m excited to share that my husband and I recently (finally!) stepped into leadership of a local business.

As we enter this new season, I’ve had to take a realistic look at what life, work, and family balance will look like moving forward.

Wanderflower has been such a special part of my life. What began as a personal journey through my own health struggles grew into something I never imagined—a business built around research, Alaska-grown ingredients, and an incredible community of customers.

I’ve always promised myself that I would never sacrifice quality just to keep up with demand. Most of these products require weeks to months of harvesting, infusing, testing, and production, and I want to continue making them with the same care and intention they’ve always had.

Because of that, after this June production run, I’ll be placing wholesale production on hold and stepping away from regular event production as well.

🌿 Pre-orders for oils and mists are open now through June 10, with pickup and shipping expected by June 30 or sooner.

A few products—including cleansers, tooth powder, beard oil, and other remaining inventory—will be available first come, first serve while supplies last. WanderWoods is also on sale and may be discontinued or offered less frequently moving forward.

My hope is to keep Wanderflower alive in a much smaller way—making products for my own family and sharing a little extra when time and ingredients allow. I don’t yet know exactly what that will look like, so I can’t promise a regular schedule or future availability, but I hope this isn’t the end—just a new season.

Before the shift, I had already started preparing for a market, so there’s still a small run of products available—including cleansers, mists, facial oils, and body oils (plus a few beard balms).

As I move into a slower, intentional restock rhythm with more pre-orders and less events, we’re making room for the next season.

I’m also releasing a very limited spring batch of PeonyGrove Body Oil, infused with Alaska-grown peony petals and blended with rose otto, sandalwood, and helichrysum essential oils. This sold out quickly at our holiday markets, so make sure to grab yours! 🌺

‼️Important tallow update‼️

Because every tallow product is meticulously rendered, infused, and produced completely by hand, it requires a very controlled workspace and a lot of uninterrupted production time.

With a busy toddler and some big changes in our family schedule this season, I’ve had to take an honest look at what production is sustainable. For that reason, regular tallow production will be placed on hold for now.

There are still limited quantities available, and once those are sold they will be unavailable for a while. Tallow may return in occasional small releases in the future, but it will be on hold for the summer for sure.

For now, we will focus on facial mists, facial oils, and body oils, restocked in small batches every 2–3 months (next will likely be June).

✨ While some things are being paused, we have two new products launching soon! These have been in development for over a year and almost ready to share 🙌 From our testers: “I’m in love!” “I’m completely obsessed!”
