I had the opportunity to change Savannah's hair back to "normal". Her Peek-a-boo color was all washed out and so I did a complete color correction. Here's the final result.

We are both very happy with it!

Just wanted to let everyone know that I am taking an extended LOA while I deal with some health issues. Thanks for the understanding and the support while I work through this.

I started by taking 6 inches off her hair because she no longer wants layers. Then I did a reconstructor because her hair was very dry and knowing that I was going to be lightening it and then putting deposit only color on top of that, I needed to try and minimize the damage. The clients hair was then lightened and toned to remove much of the brassy undertones to bring her hair up to a level 10 cool blonde. I finally used three colors from Kenra's Neon Lights color line, to achieve the "glow in the dark" look.
