As Rejuvenate Salon & Spa officially closes its doors today, I am filled with a mix of emotions. Over the past decade, we have had the privilege of serving an incredible clientele, building lasting relationships, and engaging in meaningful conversations. Our journey has been marked by numerous challenges, including the 5.5-year University Avenue road construction project and the 2020 pandemic. However, thanks to the unwavering support of our exceptional team and clients, we have persevered through even the toughest times. I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincerest gratitude to everyone who has supported us throughout the years. This experience has been truly enriching, and I look forward to reconnecting with you all in my next chapter at Intentional Chiropractic Clinic. I must also acknowledge the remarkable talent of my colleagues, who will be deeply missed. Abagale has joined Ulta Beauty Salon, Angie has established her own practice in Akley, Iowa, and Laura has taken on a new role managing her family. Stephanie and I will be joining Intentional Chiropractic Clinic starting May 1st, and we eagerly anticipate serving you there. My husband has been an invaluable source of support throughout my journey, and I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to him. Important Update on Gift Card Redemptions
As we prepare to close our business on April 30, we want to make sure every valid gift card is honored. To help us process everyone fairly and smoothly, we will be limiting gift card redemptions to 3 cards per week/day.
Gift cards will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis, and we encourage customers to redeem them as soon as possible before our closing date.

For older gift cards, please note that some balances may not be available in our current system. In these cases, we may require a receipt or other proof of purchase to verify the remaining balance.

If a balance cannot be verified, we will work with you to provide a fair and reasonable resolution.

We encourage customers with older gift cards to contact us or prior to redemption. 🚨

We want to sincerely thank you for being part of the Rejuvenate Salon & Spa family for the past 10 years. It has truly been an honor to serve the Waterloo Community and care for so many wonderful clients.

After much thoughtful consideration, we would like to inform you that Rejuvenate Salon & Spa LLC will be closing permanently on April 30, 2026.

Payment Changes

Beginning April 1, 2026, we will be accepting Cash /Debit/Credit as our primary form of payment for services and retail products as we prepare for the business closure. We will have limited Clients who have previously paid by check may continue to use that method if needed.
We appreciate your understanding during this transition.

🛑 To reduce new obligations we have discontinued, new prepaid packages or gift cards effective immediately.

Only individual services and retail purchases are available for purchase.

Gift Cards

Clients with gift cards are encouraged to schedule appointments as soon as possible so they may be redeemed prior to April 30, 2026.

Gift cards are non-refundable, redeemable only for remaining balance, and must be used prior to the closing date.

Prepaid Packages

Clients with prepaid service packages were previously notified by email and should contact the salon or schedule online to use their remaining services prior to closing.

Appointments and Availability

Appointments will continue as normal through April 30, 2026. Clients are encouraged to schedule as early as possible. Appointment availability may become limited as the closing date approaches, and services are subject to scheduling availability prior to April 30, 2026.

Future Services by Staff

Annette and Stephanie plan to continue providing massage services at a future location. Details will be announced at a later time.

Abagale also plans to continue providing services at a future location, which will be announced in the near future.

Any future business locations will not honor Rejuvenate Salon & Spa LLC gift cards or prepaid services.
