I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and soon to be happy New Years! Crazy how fast this year went by!
To all my clients and future clients I am making a new policy starting immediately, any appointments made the week prior to a major holiday and the week of all appointments will need to be payed in full when scheduled otherwise they will not be accepted.
I do understand things come up especially weather situations and if it is something out of our hands the payments made can be used as deposits for future appointments.
As this is my only income to not only support myself and my bills, this is the only income to support my child - food - daycare - all needs- and also my dog.
I hope everyone understands, and again I appreciate everyone that supports my business and I try to be as accommodating as I can be for my clients, coming in at 6:00am, working late, occasional weekends, bringing my son to work with me at times.
I do however need to become more strict with my policies put in place. That may include an extra fee for appointments booked outside of my scheduled hours. I will make a clear inforced policy form for this year coming up.
