Most of you know my office space is now based at Fulton Family Chiropractic, and I’ve snuggled my way deeply into this community. Some of you see me at the Fulton Family YMCA teaching yoga, mobility, and other ways to move your body. Others see me here, in this space where you come to relive pain, and take moments from your day, week, month to release and recharge.
Wherever I happen to see your smiling faces, dear friends, I hope you know how much I value and appreciate you! Know that anytime I see you in our movement classes I’m grateful that you keep coming back and keep moving with me! Also know that I see you, I see your progress and love the way you lean in.
Know that anytime I see you in this office space and you trust me with your aches, pains, and nervous system, I secretly and silently ask your body what you need that day and plan accordingly - even when you’re divulging your secrets or we’re erupting into laughter together, or when you’re drifting into dreamy states.
