What is CST?
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a light-touch, manual therapy that releases tensions and restrictions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve overall health.
What can I expect during a treatment session?
A typical CST session lasts from 60 minutes, and takes place in a quiet setting. CST is performed with the client fully clothed and lying on a comfortable massage table.

I’ve been practicing manual therapy for over 30 years, and recently opened my own space here in Waterville.

My work blends therapeutic massage, craniosacral therapy, manual lymph drainage and a holistic approach that looks at the whole person — not just where it hurts.

I believe in listening to the body.
