Ashley is a Registered Nurse with more than 15 years of clinical experience and a passion for helping patients achieve their health, wellness, and aesthetic goals.

She brings a strong foundation in patient care, professionalism, and education to Peak Aesthetics.

Ashley provides a variety of services within the practice and has a special interest in medical weight management and body composition optimization.

Her approach focuses on individualized care, sustainable results, and supporting patients in achieving long-term success.

With a personal commitment to healthy living and strength training, Ashley values a balanced approach to wellness that promotes confidence, strength, and overall well-being.

Ashley is excited to join the Peak Aesthetics team and contribute to the exceptional patient experience and personalized care that define our practice.

I’m an aesthetic nurse and ZO Certified Specialist here at Peak Aesthetics.

Before aesthetics, my background included phlebotomy and emergency medicine, where attention to detail, precision, and patient care were part of everyday life. That experience continues to shape the way I approach treatments today.

At Peak, my focus is on safe, natural-looking results and long-term skin health. I love helping patients understand their options, feel comfortable with their treatment plan, and make choices that support their goals over time.

I’ve completed advanced injector training through DCCM Academy and continue to build my education around facial anatomy, injectables, and ZO Skin Health protocols.

Whether you are coming in for skincare guidance, injectables, or a treatment plan that helps you feel more confident, my goal is always to make you feel heard, supported, and cared for.

I’m a Licensed Medical Aesthetician and Certified ZO Skin Health Specialist at Peak Aesthetics.

My goal is to make skincare feel less confusing and more personal. Whether you are dealing with acne, pigmentation, texture, dryness, or just want to feel more confident in your skin, I love helping patients understand what their skin needs and how to build a plan that makes sense long term.

At Peak, I offer advanced skin assessments, corrective skincare guidance, DiamondGlow facials, laser hair removal, professional teeth whitening, and more.

One of my favorite parts of this work is educating patients along the way. I never want someone to leave feeling unsure about their skin or their treatment plan.

I’m Stephanie McPherson, RN, BSN, founder of Peak Aesthetics.

Peak was built from a simple belief: aesthetic care should feel honest, thoughtful, and medically guided. My goal has never been to change the way someone looks. It has always been to help patients feel more confident while still feeling like themselves.

With 19 years of clinical nursing experience, I’ve learned how important it is to listen first, educate clearly, and create treatment plans that make sense for each person long term.

I’m also passionate about continuing education, whether I’m learning advanced techniques myself or helping train future aesthetic providers through DCCM Academy.
